Lycia Harper

Lycia holds an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice, and is a member of the Association of Sustainability Practitioners and the Centre for Narrative Leadership.

Lycia works with commercial and voluntary organisations to design and implement change programmes, transformational community partnerships, and more sustainable working practices. She helps people and organisations explore their impact on the world and ways in which they can make positive change. She is passionate about helping people connect with sustainability issues in ways that are inspiring and meaningful.  She also helps teams develop 'high performance' behaviours.

Lycia has worked as a consultant to some of the UK's best-known businesses and not-for-profit organisations, and in marketing and operational management for companies including AOL and Vodafone. Lycia has directed a range of client projects including:

• Social investment visioning, strategy and implementation for companies such as Accenture, Microsoft EMEA and E.ON UK
• Brokering and facilitating effective cross-sector partnerships
• For the NSPCC, a new corporate engagement strategy and associated change programme
• Development of project assessment and 'return-on-investment' frameworks for companies including E.ON UK and Norwich Union/Aviva
