Kate Gare

Kate brings over fifteen years experience in strategic management and business leadership to C&E.

An outstanding consultant in all aspects of the cross-sector collaboration agenda, Kate's agency side experience included working as account director on a wide range of client engagements including Vodafone, BSkyB, Cancer Research UK, National Autistic Society, Samaritans and Shelter.

In her subsequent role as Director of Business Development at The Disability Partnership, Kate led the communications and fundraising functions for this highly respected disability NGO.  She was also a lead member of the team responsible for running a specialist bursary scheme. Delivered on behalf of the UK's Cabinet Office, the project identified, nurtured and developed disabled leaders from within the civil service and involved working with 18 government departments including the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, the Home Office and HMRI.

Kate is also a highly respected, qualified coach, trainer and therapist with a well established and respected practice.  She has provided coaching and training to over 400 people in many disciplines and on topics ranging from business coaching and career development, to health and personal development. She has worked with clients from the UK, Israel, Canada, the US, France, New Zealand and South Africa.  She is one of the world's most experienced coaches and trainers in her specialist fields.
