C&E Breakfast Dialogue on 5th March
Focused on driving innovation and business growth through CR, this session will be co-led by Manny Amadi of C&E and Jeb Brugmann who in 2004 co-established The Next Practice* with Prof. C.K. Prahalad - the acclaimed business guru and author of ‘The Fortune at the bottom of the Pryamid’.
As the emphasis of CR evolves from risk-led drivers towards opportunity, innovation and sustainable business, how should practitioners harness growth through CR? How do you overcome the range of challenges (know-how, access to resources, organisational structure, culture, etc) that must first be navigated before the promise of opportunity is realised? And how do you sufficiently align CR programmes around your company’s business strategy and ensure you secure full commercial value from your CR investments? These, and related topics will be explored at the session.
C&E’s Breakfast Dialogue series are free, by invitation, informal discussions held over a light breakfast and involving a dozen or so senior participants from corporate, NGO and public sector backgrounds. They are highly interactive, informed discussions in which participants share their perspectives, experiences and insights - under Chatham House rules. Guests for this particular session will be drawn mostly from companies representing a range of business sectors.
