What every board should be talking about
IE Business school brought together a panel of influential opinion leaders on 6th December to discuss the evolving and critical role of the board...and what needs to be done to ensure that the board is discussing the crucial items for future proofing organisations.
In a lively and informed session held in London, the panel discussed 5 essential issues which should be addressed by the board: infrastructure, technology, internationalization, communication, the balance of continuity and change - whatever the size, location or sector of the organisation. The panel of experts offered insight and experience in these areas, including issues such as boardroom diversity, and CR and sustainability
